Cancelation

We at the Mini Bounce Co know how unpredictable life can be. We allow cancelations up to 48 hours prior to rental for a full refund. If cancelled after the 48 hour period, the deposit will be retained by the company.

However, if unforeseen bad weather occurs, we shall grant a full refund for any cancelations made to your reservation.

Bounce Rules

We want to make sure our bounce houses last as long as possible to help us better serve all parties and clients! We have a few rules to follow to make sure our clients and our houses stay safe:

1) Max weight limit is 250 pounds (3-4 kids) No Adults on the houses unless its immediately necessary for your Childs safety

2) No Pets on the houses, As much as we love our pets their paws n claws can damage our houses

3) No paint, oily food or ink that can stain the houses. White Minis look great but are hard to clean if they are stained!  

4) No sharp objects on the home.

Damages

Damages to any of our bounce houses are to be reported to the Company as soon as possible. We try to keep our equipment in tip top shape to better serve all of our clients!

Damages including but not limited to Holes, Tears, Stains or Marks are found on the home it can result in a forfeit of the deposit on the home.
